Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 20, 2026

MarsMan is a single-player survival game for iPhone, made by FreshApps. This policy explains what happens to your data when you play.

Short version: MarsMan does not collect any personal data. There is no account, no ads, no analytics and no tracking. Your progress stays on your iPhone.

1. Data we collect

None. MarsMan has no sign-up or account, shows no advertising, and contains no analytics, advertising or tracking software. We do not collect, receive, sell or share any personal data, and the game does not track you across other companies' apps or websites.

2. Data stored on your device

Your game progress (save files) and your settings (graphics, camera, audio and game mode) are stored only on your iPhone. If you back up your device with iCloud or a computer, these files may be included in that backup by Apple; we cannot access them. Deleting the app deletes this data.

3. Game Center

If you are signed in to Game Center, MarsMan reports the achievements you unlock to Apple's Game Center. Game Center is operated by Apple under Apple's Privacy Policy. You can sign out of Game Center at any time in iOS Settings; the game works the same without it.

4. Internet

MarsMan is fully playable offline. The game does not send your data to our servers — we do not run any.

5. Beta testing (TestFlight)

If you test MarsMan through Apple's TestFlight, Apple may share crash reports and any feedback you choose to send with us, under Apple's TestFlight terms. We use them only to fix problems in the game.

6. Children

MarsMan does not collect personal data from anyone, including children.

7. Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with a new date.
