Cashly is a personal finance app offering income and expense tracking, budget management, recurring payments, and investment portfolio monitoring. The app is intended for informational and personal tracking purposes only.
2. Not Financial Advice
Prices, charts, analyses, and any other content shown in Cashly do not constitute investment advice. Cryptocurrency, stock, and currency prices are retrieved from third-party APIs and may be delayed or inaccurate. You are solely responsible for your financial decisions.
3. Account and Security
- You can use the app with Apple Sign In, Google Sign In, or in anonymous mode.
- You are responsible for the security of your account and device.
- Your data is stored on your device and in your own iCloud account; see the Privacy Policy for details.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use the app for unlawful purposes, reverse engineer it, or interfere with the operation of the service.
5. Limitation of Liability
Cashly is provided "as is". The developer cannot be held liable for data loss, synchronization errors, third-party service outages, or any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the app. We recommend exporting your important data regularly.
6. Pricing
Cashly is currently free. Any paid features offered in the future will be provided through the App Store and clearly disclosed before purchase.

These terms may be updated from time to time. The current version is always published on this page; continued use of the app means you accept the current terms.
